How to Download Your Files After Purchase

Thank you for your purchase! Here’s how to access your digital files:

For PayPal Users

If you completed your payment via PayPal, your files will be available instantly after checkout.
For PayPal eCheck payments, there may be a delay before your download becomes available. eChecks typically take 3–7 business days to clear. If there are any issues, please contact your bank or PayPal directly, as I’m unable to speed up the process.

For Bank Transfer (Indonesia Purchases)

If you selected bank transfer, please allow up to 1×24 hours for your payment to be manually approved.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email notification when your files are ready. (Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder!)

How to Access Your Files

1. Go to:
   https://www.skyandstars.co/my-account
2. Login using your email address as your username.
   If you haven’t set a password yet, click “Lost your password?” to request a new one. A reset link will be sent to your email.
3. After logging in, click on the “Downloads” section in your My Account page.
   You’ll see all your purchased files ready to download. You can access this file anytime.
